Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@byherbeauty.co within 30 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return your items.
- Our support team will provide you with a return address.
- Ship the items back to us at the provided address. Please note that customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the package. If the items are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
Please note that we do not issue refunds in the following situations:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team at support@byherbeauty.co. We will provide you with a return address and arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
REFUNDS FOR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If you have not received your order within the guaranteed delivery period (2 weeks), you can submit a refund request within 14 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired. To request a refund, please send a message through our Contact Page.
