Our Story

Hello, and welcome to TanThru, a brand born out of a simple yet revolutionary idea – swimwear that allows you to get an even tan without having to expose too much skin.

My name is Anastasia, and I'm the founder of TanThru. I want to share with you how my own personal struggle with traditional swimwear led to the creation of this innovative brand.

Growing up, I loved spending time at the beach, but I always found myself frustrated with the uneven tan lines I'd get from traditional swimwear. I'd have to constantly adjust my straps or flip over to make sure I didn't end up with a weird tan pattern. On top of that, I always felt like I was either exposing too much skin or not enough. It was a constant battle between feeling comfortable and achieving the perfect tan.

One summer day, while lounging on the beach with a friend, I noticed she was wearing a swimsuit that was completely different from anything I'd seen before. It was made of a lightweight material that seemed almost sheer, yet still provided coverage. When I asked her about it, she explained that it was a tan-through swimsuit that allowed her to get an even tan without having to constantly adjust her straps or worry about exposing too much skin.

I did some research and found that there was a significant gap in the market for this type of swimwear. That's when the idea of TanThru started to form in my mind. I wanted to create a brand that would offer comfortable, stylish, and innovative tan-through swimwear to women everywhere.

I spent months researching fabrics and designs, trying to find the perfect combination of functionality and fashion. And finally, TanThru was born. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I'm thrilled to be able to share our products with women all over the world.
